Option 1 - Our Gold Warranty
Free, Limited, Lifetime Warranty, Diamond Rings And Other Fine Jewelry
(This warranty is included with every purchase, in-store and online.)
Our gold warranty is given as a free option to any purchase in-store and/or online. This warranty freely cover cleanings, polishing, buffing and tightening on rings, ring soldering, and rhodium dipping for life. In appreciation for you shopping with us, we try to make repairs as easy and affordable as possible. Under the gold warranty, most repairs (**see exclusions below) are covered at wholesale cost of the material + the labor to fix the item. These repairs are completed in-house by our top of the line jeweler. This warranty also includes availability for written insurance appraisals, access to our trade-in policy, and manufacturer defects (**see footnote for exclusions). This warranty does NOT require in-store checkups, ever! It is yours for life, no logs needed!
**Additional cost could occur with manufacturer defects, as this varies from situation to situation.
**Your first sizing with us is ALWAYS free! For online orders, you can exchange your ring for a different size for up to 90 days.
**This warranty does not cover loss or theft, for this we recommend adding your jewelry onto you home or automobile insurance policy as a rider. Please see your individual insurance company for more details on this process.
**You CAN ship your jewelry to us to be repaired! However, shipping costs may be at the customer's expense. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by customer.

Our lifetime warranty is a paid for warranty, where the price is based upon the cost of your piece. This warranty is based by an insurance company that is recognized nation-wide. Therefore, if you don't live near Cleveland or Knoxville (the physical homes to BW James), no problem! This warranty covers insured shipping costs to a licensed repair center. This warranty covers everyday items like cleanings, polishing, buffing, and rhodium-plating, but it also covers any repair up to the life of the ring. Meaning, we will repair your ring until it has exceeded its value in repair costs, at which time you would purchase another warranty, instead of a new ring entirely. There is one full replacement PER warranty limit. Our platinum warranty covers any damage to the ring, including the loss of the center stone. However, this warranty, like our previous option, does NOT cover TOTAL LOSS or THEFT. For this we recommend adding your piece onto your home or automobile insurance policies as a rider.

Bourbon Barrel Ring And Wood Inlay Rings Free Warranty

Bourbon Barrel Rings Warranty and Sizing Policy1. One-Year Standard WarrantyCoverage: If your ring breaks, cracks, or has any issues within one year due to manufacturing defects we will provide one free replacement. After one free replacement, a restocking fee will apply. Exclusions: Damage due to using a ring in improper conditions or improper abuse may incur a restocking fee. If this applies within 1 year, a $49.99 shipping and handling fee will apply to in-stock rings, and does not include custom, or custom USA-made rings.
2. Sizing PolicySize Exchange (Unworn Rings):For rings that are unworn and in new condition, we offer a free size exchange within 90 days of purchase.Size Exchange (Worn Rings):For in-stock Bourbon Barrel Rings: A $49.99 size exchange fee applies for up to 1 year. This fee covers shipping and handling.For custom rings: A $99 size exchange fee or our wholesale sizing cost/remake cost of the ring replacement, whichever is greater, applies regardless of the timeframe.
