Our Free Lifetime Gold Warranty: Included with Every Purchase In-Store and Online: Free lifetime warranty covers: manufacturer defects*, insurance appraisal upon request, polishing, cleaning, buffing, sizing**, stone tightening, access tour 100% trade-in policy, and replacement of accent diamonds and sapphires up to .25ctw per stone at wholesale cost*. This warranty does NOT require in store checkups, ever.

* Additional cost could occur with manufacturer defects

** Up to x2 sizings for gold and diamond rings, up to x1 ring size exchange for alternative metal rings

*** This warranty does not cover for loss or theft

Platinum Insurance-backed Warranty: Best Option for In-store and Online:

Lifetime warranty care plan covers: damage of any kind due to wear and tear, center stone and accent stone replacement due to loss or chipping and cracking, prong retipping, sizing or ring exchanges, refinishing, rhodium plating, and broken or bent ring shanks. This warranty extensively covers any damage you can cause to your ring with everyday wear. This warranty is available to purchase in-store at any location, or by phone for online orders.

* This warranty does not cover complete loss or theft

BW James hand picks all of our diamonds to ensure you only get the highest quality diamonds and the best value for money. We do not sell lab created diamonds or very poor quality diamonds. Better yet all of our larger diamonds come with a GIA or AGS or other LAB report. 

Our loose diamonds are ethically sourced and most come with a lab report
