My husband recently got into bourbon and we have been touring all the distilleries around Louisville KY for the past year and a half (1 a month). I purchased The Bluegrass Guitar Player ring for my husband for our 36 year wedding anniversary. My husband loved it other than the fact that I ordered the wrong size. I was able to send it back without any problems, and now he anxiously awaits his new ring in the correct size. The BW James company is a great company to work with. We purchased my wife's ring years ago at Thompsons in Florida. They are related to them and have taken care of its maintenance, cleaning and dipping since we moved to N. GA after wedding. Great service. Great mens rings too. I want to get one soon.

After a ring I wanted to get for my husband from a big named store became unavailable and was discontinued I spent a week looking for anyone that would make the ring that was so specific and special. That’s when I found BW James Jewelers. Not only did they have somewhat similar styles with the material we wanted but they without hesitation agreed to make it custom and the way my husband wanted it. The customer service was unmatched. They talk to you like a human being and not like a professional robot. They also really go out of their way to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered and addressed. It was such an easy process and I’m states away! No matter where you are I highly recommend using them for your ring needs. I’m so incredibly happy to have given our business to this family owned business and not the big name store. (The big name stores customer service was AWFUL)
