They are made from genuine aged reclaimed bourbon barrels purchased from distilleries including makers, buffalo, turkey, woodford, beam, and roses.* This ring is made from a solid highly durable and scratch resistant tungsten metal and has a durable water resistant coating on top to protect the wood inlay. Kentucky Straight Bourbon is an American Whiskey produced mainly in the southern part of Kentucky State. According to US Trade Legislation, a “bourbon” is a type of whiskey where the “mashbill”—which is the recipe of grains used to produce the whiskey—consists of 51% - 80% corn. This ring is made with our solid durable tungsten metal and has a durable water resistant coating on top to protect the wood inlay.
Length of Aging - The bourbon that was in this reclaimed barrel must have been aged for a minimum of two years. Many premium bourbons on the market are aged between 5 -12, with some as long as 27 years, this barrel was crafted of solid white oak wood.

Yes, with 25 character limit including spaces, engraving is hand written by our master jeweler. It takes about 2 weeks to be completed. It can be purchased at this link, after you submit your order. Keep in mind that when a item is engraved it is a final sale, so if your not sure on your size and want to use our risk free size exchange policy, you can always take your ring to a local trophy shop or jeweler to be engraved after you receive your ring.
All our gold and wood inlay rings are water-resistant, wood inlay rings by use of a durable water-resistant coating but not waterproof, as you will find with all wood inlay rings. Hand washing is just fine but these are not meant to to be worn in the shower or swimming in the ocean, you can use your free silicone ring we provide for these activities. But don't worry if you purchase our care-plan it will even cover any water damage that may occur, just in case you decide to jump into that pool at the party with your ring on.

Our rings are made with some of the most durable and highest quality metals such as ceramic and tungsten carbide and many others. All of our rings come in a light comfort fit to insure all day comfort wearing them.
All of our wood is sourced from reclaimed sources or sustainably harvested wood. Much of the wood was being used for scrap or in the process of being destroyed. For us, saving the wood to use in our rings is our small way of preserving our precious history.
All our our wood inlay rings are sealed with a high-tech, smooth water resistant and scratch resistant clear coating. This protects the wood for everyday normal wear. (For more extreme work or activity's we provide a free silicone band with your order) Optional Care Plan covers: damage of any kind due to wear and tear, chipping, cracking, sizing or ring exchange, refinishing. This warranty extensively covers any damage you can cause to your ring with everyday wear. If damage is beyond repair, a replacement ring will be issued.
